Return & Refund Policy

Jesykuh does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please review your order carefully, including phone model compatibility, before completing your purchase.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shopjesykuh@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will issue a full refund upon verification.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shopjesykuh@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at shopjesykuh@gmail.com and we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Upon confirmation, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

No Refunds For

We do not offer refunds for the following: change of mind or buyer's remorse, incorrect phone model ordered by the customer, or items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
